CELEBRATIONS AS NELSONS SHORTLISTED THREE TIMES IN PRESTIGIOUS INDUSTRY AWARDS

Derby Hub member and leading East Midlands-based law firm Nelsons has been shortlisted in three categories at the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2021.

The awards, which were launched in 2016, recognise and celebrate success in the UK conveyancing market and are made up of 17 different categories, in which Nelsons has been shortlisted in three.

Made up of three offices, Nelsons has fought off tough competition to make it into the shortlist for the ‘Conveyancing Firm of the Year – Midlands’ category and ‘Property Team of the Year’ with Chief Executive, Stewart Vandermark, also making it into the final of the ‘Managing Partner of the Year’ category.

Despite the pandemic having had a significant effect on the housing market, Nelsons has shown its adaptability in the face of rapidly changing conditions and has had its strongest year to date, with fees and transactions significantly increased from the previous year.
