Liz is a certified transformational coach and mentor, on a mission to help you take the next step in your business, career, life, money mindset, or personal clarity and awareness.

She is also a facilitator and coach for The Alternative Board (TAB) in Derby and the East Midlands, bringing growth-minded business owners together to provide regular support, advice, and accountability.

With a background in sales and marketing leadership, Liz has a broad spectrum of experience gained during her 30-year career to date. This includes corporate marketing roles within Bass/Coors, and launching Thorntons products across the grocery sector, generating sales of £120m+.

10 years ago, after feeling frustrated and unfulfilled within the corporate world, she decided to strike out on her own. Liz has since experienced the ups and downs of being a small business owner herself, as a marketing consultant, retail outlet owner, and now running Your Vision Coaching.

As a result, Liz has a wealth of expertise, advice and ideas to bring to opportunities and challenges.  She is passionate about helping fellow professionals to gain clarity around their personal and work visions, in helping them to achieve those dreams, whilst also maintaining a balanced and enjoyable life.

As part of creating her own high quality of life, Liz is a nature and dog-lover, lifelong learner including through travel, plus board trustee and treasurer for the Derbyshire based me&dee charity.
