Legal Documentation and Procedures for Business – including 2021 Update




If you are thinking of setting up your own business, or would like a refresher on the legal documents and procedures required for running a business, then this is the presentation for you.

Derby Hub member Martin Jinks, Partner at Nelsons, will be taking a look at:

  • The different types of businesses and what they mean
  • The legal things to think about, including internal arrangements, insurance, compliance, accounting and employment
  • The documents required to run a business, including terms of business, employment contracts, Tax and VAT, and other licences that you may need.

Martin will also be looking at the changes in business as a result of Covid-19.

We are charging £5 for this event, with all proceeds going to me&dee charity.
